Sun City Lincoln Hills, a Del Webb active adult community,

Also included are two libraries and rooms equipped exclusively for residents’ varying interests – games, cards, computers, ceramics (kilns), sewing/needle arts, crafts, painting, and cooking.

o Special interest classes, speakers, off-site trips, dinner dances, concerts, and more are arranged by the activities department. Residents can also join any of the more than 75 active clubs and interest groups.

o Regulation softball field with electronic scoreboard and stadium seating, bocce courts,11 tennis courts,  six  pickleball courts, horseshoe pits, volleyball, a playground for visiting grandchildren…plus a large covered open air Pavilion for group gatherings complete the amazing Sports Plaza.

Most services (supermarkets, banks, restaurants, home improvement stores, drug stores, dentist, some doctors, etc.) can be accessed via golf cart/NEV (neighborhood electric vehicle), an inexpensive and “green” way to travel locally. NEV/golf cart lanes are within Lincoln Hills and connect to shopping villages adjacent to the community. (Lincoln is the first U.S. neighborhood electric vehicle (NEV) city.)

Medical facilities (Sutter, UC Davis, and Kaiser) are within a mile and two excellent hospitals are only a 15 minute drive. Professional sports, museums, and cultural events are within 30 minutes, as is Sacramento International Airport. In 15minutes residents are in the midst of more extensive and/or upscale shopping and restaurants, i.e. Costco, Toys ‘r Us, Macy’s, Nordstrom, Sports Authority, Chico’s, Kohl’s, Cheesecake Factory, etc.
